Federal Minister for National Food Security and Research Rana Tanveer Hussain presided over the 2nd meeting of the Board of Governors of the National Seed Development and Regulatory Authority (NSDRA). The meeting focused on ensuring the supply of high-quality seeds across Pakistan in line with the vision of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif. A major decision of the board was the immediate closure of 392 seed companies that failed to comply with NSDRA standards.
