Pakistani Agriculture Experts Return from China After Advanced Training
A total of 885 Pakistani agricultural professionals have returned home after completing advanced training at leading universities in China under the Prime Minister’s Capacity-Building Programme, implemented in collaboration with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) and the Ministry of National Food Security and Research.

885 agricultural professionals trained in advanced agricultural technologies in China.
648 male and 237 female experts participated in the programme.
Experts were selected from across all provinces, including Balochistan.

They received specialized training in nine key agricultural areas and gained hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies such as AI-driven agriculture, drone-based farming, and precision farming systems.
Strengthening Pakistan–China Cooperation
This programme also reflects the growing agricultural cooperation between Pakistan and China, as Agriculture remains a key area of collaboration, particularly in crop cultivation, livestock development, mechanization, seed technology, and agricultural research.
The initiative is expected to accelerate the adoption of advanced agricultural technologies, improve crop yields, and enhance sustainable water management practices across the country.
