Another Proud Moment for Pakistan’s Olive Industry!

Pakistan continues to make its mark on the global olive map! A premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil brand, produced from olives grown in Loralai, Balochistan, has won a Gold Medal at the London International Olive Oil Competition (LIOOC) 2026.

Founded by Mohammad Hassan Tareen, the award-winning brand stood out among more than 1,200 olive oil brands from around the world, reflecting the exceptional quality of Pakistan’s emerging olive industry.

This achievement highlights Pakistan’s growing reputation as a producer of premium-quality olive oil and the dedication of its olive growers, producers, and entrepreneurs.

The Ministry of National Food Security & Research congratulates Mohammad Hassan Tareen and everyone who contributed to this remarkable success. Coming just days after Pakistan attained full membership of the International Olive Council (IOC), this award further strengthens Pakistan’s position in global markets and inspires continued growth, innovation, and excellence in the olive sector.
